Window Universe was founded on a simple idea: replacing windows and doors in Cleveland and Northeast Ohio shouldn’t be difficult. Unfortunately, too many homeowners have experienced the opposite — misinformation, drawn-out sales pitches, and pressure to sign on the spot.

Our co-owners both grew up in Northeast Ohio, are graduates of The Ohio State University, and met over 20 years ago while working for a national window manufacturing company. Did the research and WU came back highly rated, as did Okna windows. Got over a dozen windows 2 years ago and have been very pleased with the quality of the product and the installation. Needed one for a bathroom project and a front door. Adam ( from prior job) & Lou came out. Friendly and very professional. Answered any questions and explained process as they went. WU is not a chain. These guys are not sub contractor/installers. Fiberglass wood look door is beautiful.

Window Universe was amazing to work with on our new windows. They were straightforward and honest about their pricing. No crazy mark ups and then "big sales" - just a high integrity company who does right by their customers. Great experience from initial meeting with Sales to final installation. We had whole house window replacement that included a large bow window plus a garage entry door replaced. Chad provided no pressure sales and was very informative about the entire process. Lou and the team of installers were on time and very respectful of my house including floor coverings and cleanup. We could not be happier with our new windows! I have to admit I was a bit anxious about the installation process but Adam G., Joe B., and Drew H. were not only very friendly but their skill set was amazing. The install was done efficiently and professionally. With help from Chad we chose a window style and color that is in keeping with our OLD storybook Tudor home- the windows look like they belong in this old house. The product quality is outstanding, exceeding our expectations. From the initial contact to when they drove away they were the most friendly, professional, and high quality company I’ve ever had work on my home. I cannot recommend highly enough!!!!! They took such pride in their work and truly cared about what they were installing and it showed. The warranty is included in the price and totally worth it. There was no sales pitch or “discounts”. Communication was very clear and regular. They were on time every time. And of course our new windows and doors are beautiful! I literally have nothing negative to say about Window Universe. Will, Joe, and Drew were the best! They came in and installed my living room and dining room windows in one day. The next day the installed my doors. Both are beautiful! Each of my installers always stopped to answer any and all questions that I had. I would recommend this business any time!

Very complete and orderly estimate process. No hard salės. Fair price. It took about 6 weeks to get windows manufactured. Install crew was on time and Very neat. Quality of the installation and windows was very good. Already had Allside windows on other side of house. They are good. These are better.

We were very happy with the installers Joe and Drew. They were courteous and we were pleased with the job they did. They installed all eleven windows inside the first day and finished the outside trim the next day with minimal interruption to our daily routine. Awesome experience start to finish! Clear communication, detailed quote, competitive pricing and communication weekly once materials were ordered. We had a front door, large second story window, three panel sliding door, and 17 other windows replaced. The team that did the install was polite, punctual and extremely hard working. After four days, they never left a mess, made sure we knew how to work everything and were an overall pleasure. We could hardly tell they had been there after they left. Highly recommend Window Universe!

Fantastic! Have a condo with old custom not efficient aluminum frames. To replace these sliding doors and windows the condo association is specific to color and trim inside and out. A friend had hired them and suggested I call them. The process took 8 weeks but was very smooth, accepted my credit card without any additional fees like it should be. They didn't ask for final payment until they were completed and finished. Went over the windows how to clean etc. They also said anything happens with anything, just call us for the life of the window. What more can you ask for? Great job men!

If you're looking for new windows or a patio door, look no further. Windows Universe took all the uncertainty out of buying new windows. After getting estimates from two other well known window dealers in the area, it was very refreshing to have Windows Universe come to our home and give us a very straight forward, fair and honest estimate for our windows and patio door. Their approach to window sales is different from all the rest. They addressed my concerns, discussed options leaving me well informed and completed our visit in 45 minutes with a ”Thank you for your time” and “give us a call if you’re interested.” None of the “other guys” high pressure tactics and games. No “tonight only” deals or a starting on Mars price to eventually bring it down to Earth. One of my other estimates lasted nearly 4 hours!
A real, no hassle lifetime warranty is all part of the deal. They walk the walk as proven to me when they replaced our new patio door with another because of a few issues that I was dissatisfied with. They could have just as easily said “live with it” and went on their way.
Everyone I dealt with at Windows Universe - from the owner, in-home sales, office staff and installers were all courteous and professional at all times.

Everything about Windows Universe was great from the quoting process, measure, manufacturing to installation. First started with my awesome Sales Rep Lance who understood my needs and provided a straight forward quote. I stopped by the showroom to see the windows in person and Lance greeted me gave me a walk through and I made the purchase on the spot. The price was very competitive in comparison to the competitor with the name in reverse :). After purchase Dustin came out for some official final measurements and I received weekly emails on the status of my windows and patio doors. About 8 weeks later I got the call your windows are in and installation was scheduled for the following week. The installation team arrived on time and were very professional and all worked well and treated my home like it was their own home.
